Ingredients (serves 4):
All-butter croissants
Mascarpone cream
Fresh peaches, sliced
A drizzle of honey
Thyme leaves

Putting it together:
- Stir your mascarpone with a slick of honey until it’s smooth, luscious, and just sweet enough. Taste it - go on, you’re the boss here.
