Returns Policy

Please note that we are unable to accept returns once an order has been successfully delivered. Returns are only possible under the following specific circumstances:

  1. Courier Return Before Delivery: If the order is returned to us by the courier before it reaches you—such as in cases of non-delivery, refusal at delivery, or an incomplete address—we will process the return upon receipt of the package.
  2. Technical Circumstances: In rare cases where a product is required back for technical evaluation or quality assurance purposes, we may request its return. In such instances, we will provide full instructions, including return shipping information and any associated requirements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. We may request photographic evidence to support your claim, in line with our policy, including images of the item, packaging, or entire order where relevant.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your inquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence at our discretion for any reported issue, including damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. This may include images of the individual item(s) in question as well as the entire order. Providing clear photos when requested helps us assess the issue accurately and ensure the appropriate resolution is offered.
