S’more Than You Can Handle

We took the campfire classic, gave it a glam, fruity facelift, and piled it high with drama. This is not your average s’more - it’s a crisp Strawberry Meringue Nest stuffed with a giant toasted marshmallow, sandwiched with digestive biscuits, and topped with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. It's sweet, sticky, and absolutely scandalous. Napkins optional.

Serves: 1 fabulous mess-maker (or 2, if you're feeling unnaturally generous)

 

You’ll Need:

  • 1 TGM Strawberry Meringue Nest
  • 1 giant American marshmallow
  • 1-2 digestive biscuits or sweet crackers
  • A small handful of fresh strawberries
  • Chocolate sauce, for drizzling

 

Let’s Get Messy:

  1. Skewer the giant marshmallow and toast it until gloriously gooey and golden. Use a kitchen torch or pop it under the grill—just keep it fiery, not full-on flambé.
  2. Set your Strawberry Meringue Nest on a plate and drop the toasted marshmallow into the centre.
  3. Top the marshmallow with a digestive biscuit, followed by a juicy fresh strawberry.
  4. Give it a slow, dramatic drizzle of chocolate sauce. Take a photo (you’ll want to remember her), then grab your spoon and dive into this messy pile of sweet satisfaction.
