Ingredients
- 200ml double cream
- 150g fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2–3 tbsp strawberry compote (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 scoops strawberry ice cream

Method
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Layer the base of your sundae glass with a spoonful of whipped cream.
