Well, would you look at that - our Caramel Meringue Nests are now officially delicious. The lovely lot at the Guild of Fine Food have given them a shiny Great Taste Award, and we’re over the (sticky, caramel-drizzled) moon about it.
What makes them so glorious? Crisp, light meringue flavoured with caramel - they’re the kind of treat that makes you want to lick the spoon, the plate, and maybe even the bowl if no one’s watching. Perfect piled high with salted caramel ice cream and salty pretzels, or just shamelessly snaffled straight from the pack.
So yes, they’ve been given a star. But let’s be honest – you lot already knew they were star material, didn’t you?
